1. Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be unused, in the original condition, and with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items such as lingerie, swimwear, or any intimate apparel.
2. How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, along with the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received a gift and wish to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
5. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Gift cards or vouchers.
Any item marked as “Final Sale.”
